Design elements I incorporated into the show house…
Color is one of our signature elements, so we wanted to include lots of hues, pattern and texture in the master bathroom and closets. We also added lavender cast-iron sinks with custom Benjamin Moore kiwi-green-painted vanities. A deep soaking tub and large shower with patterned marble and lilac tile grounded the space and also kept the room on trend.

A design secret I swear by…
Go big with the ceiling light, as it helps give the room personality and makes a statement. I also recommend wallpapering your ceiling. It’s a fifth wall and another opportunity to add drama to any room.
