Expect to relish an explosion of flavor and Instagrammable dishes on 1 November, as the UAE’s beloved Peruvian restaurant COYA will be opening a pop-up in Riyadh. The space wll offer the restaurant’s signature Latin American dishes to satiate your appetite. What is COYA’s second pop-up restaurant in Saudi Arabia, will feature an outdoor terrace and accommodate 150 guests.
Always artful and tasetful, COYA will also bring forth the works of Peruvian photographer Martin Chambi, who will give you a little taste of Latin America in Saudi Arabia. What’s on the menu? Atún Chifa ceviche, the famous Chilean seabass cooked in an iron pot, Baos con Res Wagyu, a wagyu shortrib served in a house-made bao, and spicy beef fillet with crispy shallots.
