Kinugawa is returning to Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab on 5 November with a renewed vision and an expanded beachfront setting. The destination has been reimagined for relaxed afternoons and lively evenings, bringing together Japanese cuisine, French refinement, drinks and music.

Food remains at the heart of the experience. At the sushi counter, the chef showcases premium ingredients with Japanese precision, while the robata offers dishes made for sharing, including whole grilled seabass, Kagoshima Wagyu sirloin and premium cuts cooked over charcoal.
The menu also includes several signature dishes, including Suzuki Stracciatella, made with thinly sliced sea bass, creamy stracciatella, raspberries and yuzu balsamic, and the Salmon Taruto, featuring silky salmon on a crunchy base with white truffle tarama. Guests can also try the crispy Lamb Chops Shiso and the Crab Mango Roll.

The drinks menu takes inspiration from Japanese artist Hiroshige. Each drink is designed to reflect one of his paintings, using colour, atmosphere and flavour to create a distinctive drinking experience.
As the sun sets, Kinugawa hosts its daily Kanpai Sunset Ritual, inviting guests to raise a glass as the day turns to evening. A resident DJ sets the mood, with evening music in the restaurant during the week and poolside performances followed by restaurant sets on weekends.

For those seeking a more private escape, Kinugawa offers hotel guests exclusive access to its adults-only beachfront pool, where sun-soaked relaxation is complemented by striking water views of the iconic Jumeirah Burj Al Arab. Kinugawa Dubai is open daily from 12:00 to 00:00.
