A Musical Inspired By The Work Of Khalil Gibran Is Coming To Dubai Opera And We Can’t Wait

A musical adaptation of Khalil Gibran’s tragic tale of love titled ‘Broken Wings’ is set to perform at the Dubai Opera. Broken Wings is a poetic novel written in Arabic by the Lebanese-American writer, which was first published in 1912. The musical takes us on a journey of love that begins two decades earlier and across continents.

Middle-Eastern duo Nadim Naaman and Dana Al Fardan are the writers of the musical. After a successful run at London’s West-End, ‘Broken Wings – The  Musical’ will have three shows in Dubai that are set to take place on Friday, 17 January at 8pm, and Saturday 18 January at 3pm and 8pm, at the Dubai Opera.  Priced at Dhs295 per person, the tickets can be bought online at or in person at the Dubai Opera Box Office or Virgin Megastores.

Highly praised as a theatrical performance that will take you on an emotional ride, ‘The Broken Wings’ musical we can’t wait to experience.
