Gucci Unveils Collaboration With Outerwear Brand The North Face

Inspired by The North Face’s original silhouettes and designs from the 1970s, the new release features a series of puffer jackets, hiking boots, skirts, vests, windbreakers, camping equipment, sleeping bags, and more.

In line with both brands’ commitment to sustainable fashion, the partnership also introduces backpacks made of ECONYL fabric, regenerated nylon, sourced from recycled materials such as ocean waste, fishing nets, scraps and plastic.

Set in the Alpes and shot by photographer Daniel Shea, the campaign’s aesthetic pays homage to forests, mountains, and the great outdoors, while celebrating a sense of adventure and exploration that both brands cater to. The collection is set to be first released in China and later around the world in the first week of January.
