Some of us wish we were born in the 1970s for its dazzling fashion, but with Dior’s vintage collection now available on Farfetch, we’re reliving the golden years today. The collection is a time-travel experience to history with 80 jewelry pieces, some of which have never been worn before. Handmade to perfection with Swarovski crystals, the rings, brooches, earrings and bracelets date back to 1976-1998. The fashion house teamed up with Susan Caplan, one of the UK’s most renowned vintage jewelers for the launch of the range.
The statement earrings and brooches are a depiction of Edwardian revival from the Galliano period, while the crystals are from Marc Bohan’s period in the fashion house from 1960 to 1989, both celebrating iconic time periods in the French maison’s history.
