What better way to celebrate a memorable occasion than with your loved ones? His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, did the same, as he spent his 70th birthday on 15 July surrounded by family.
