Inspired by ghazal poetry and Arabic calligraphy, the collections by Amina Benmoussa, Yasmina Benyahya, Frédérique Birkemeyer, Myriam Bouafi, Maison Sara Chraïbi, Najlae Diouri, Zineb Joundy, Fouzia Naciri, Albert Oiknine, and Houda Serbouti are a true ode to Moroccan craftsmanship and a tribute to the timeless elegance of the caftan.
The fashion show, enriched by musical interludes reflecting the richness and diversity of Moroccan musical heritage, was attended by several foreign ambassadors and prominent personalities from the worlds of art, culture, and economy.
Princess Lalla Hasnaa and Sheikha Al Mayassa Al Thani jointly hosted a dinner in honour of the guests attending the Caftan Fashion Show at the Museum of Islamic Art.
