Murmur, blending regional GCC flavours with global culinary influences to create a unique dining experience centred around storytelling, community, and intentional gastronomy, is designed as a modern contemporary bistro.
The restaurant takes its name from murmuration, the striking visual phenomenon of birds flying and shifting together in fluid harmony. Reflecting this natural event is the core philosophy of the venue, exploring how ingredients, traditions, and people drift across borders and come together in one place. Just as the UAE serves as a crossroads of diverse cultures, Murmur’s menu reimagines familiar, nostalgic regional tastes through unexpected global techniques.
Murmur’s food menu stands out for its playful twist on regional classics. With inventive options, starters set the tone, with Machboos Arancini, transforming the traditional Emirati rice dish into crispy, savory bites and Bombay Butter Arayes, featuring tender butter chicken tucked inside a fresh house-made naan pocket. Wagyu Short Rib Hummus is another highlight, combining a creamy black chickpea base with braised beef short rib and aromatic truffle.
This creativity carries into the main courses as well, where guests can enjoy the Musakhan Lasagna, layered with a rich beef musakhan ragout and crispy fried onions, or opt for the signature Murmur Burger, presented on an eye-catching matcha Hokkaido milk bun topped with sweet and savoury coffee bacon jam. For a healthier option, the slow-braised Marrakesh Lamb delivers deep, comforting regional flavours.
