As the UAE continues to bolster its position as a global creative hub, Dubai will now issue long-term cultural visas to talent in the city’s Al Quoz Creative Zone.

Under the directives of Her Highness Sheikha Latifa bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairperson of Dubai Culture and Arts Authority (Dubai Culture), creative entrepreneurs, talents and craftspeople in Al Quoz can now apply for this visa category. The aim is to empower and encourage individuals to settle in Dubai and provide them with the opportunity to thrive in their respective fields of work, as they collectively contribute to the city’s cultural production.

Dubai Culture invites all target groups in Al Quoz to submit their applications to obtain the cultural visa by sending the required documents to Culturalvisa@Dubaiculture.ae. These will include their academic qualifications, community contributions and past and present job positions, in addition to copies of their passports, Emirates ID, cultural biographies, contact numbers, and addresses.
