Almost nearing completion, The Opus in Dubai is an architectural marvel in true Zaha Hadid style. The mixed-use building designed with conjoined towers and a void in the center has direct views of Burj Khalifa, and is known to be the only building that has both interior and exterior designed by the late British-Iraqi architect Zaha Hadid, according to Dezeen.

With the interiors currently being fitted out, the development is a project by Omniyat and is slated to open in 2020. The address will house 12 restaurants and a rooftop bar, along with two office spaces. Expect sculptural balconies, angular beds and sculptures speckled across the 20-storey building.
