Jacquemus Unveils Le Bonheur for Spring/Summer 2027

Presented in the breathtaking landscape of Île-Rousse, Corsica, Jacquemus unveiled its Spring/Summer 2027collection, Le Bonheur—a celebration of summer’s simplest pleasures. Inspired by nature, sunlight, fresh fruit, and the effortless rhythm of Mediterranean life, the collection captures moments of joy found in a warm breeze, vibrant colours, and endless sea views.

Set along the path to the Phare de la Pietra, the show embraced the island’s natural beauty, where soft morning light and coastal winds became an extension of the collection itself. Freshness and movement defined every look, with airy tailoring, sheer triple-organza jackets and shorts, flowing robe coats, sculptural skirts, and lightweight chiffon dresses creating silhouettes that moved effortlessly with the landscape.

Sport-inspired pieces were elevated through exceptional craftsmanship, from paper-thin leather tanks and shibori-treated organza detailing to dramatic skirts adorned with cascading red ostrich feathers. Menswear balanced relaxed elegance with technical taffeta tailoring, while innovative textures appeared through engineered knits, embossed leather inspired by the skin of an orange, and delicate silk organza details reminiscent of drifting seaweed.

The palette reflected the colours of a Mediterranean summer, blending soft pastels with vibrant accents of citrus yellow, lush green, bright orange, aquamarine, and timeless black. Accessories completed the mood with colourful socks worn beneath sandals, foldable Les Ballerines Pietra, the return of The Valérie top-handle bag in new prints and finishes, and the debut of the spacious Le Tote Pietra.

The show was accompanied by a specially orchestrated soundtrack by Para One, further enhancing the dreamlike atmosphere of the presentation.

With Le Bonheur, Simon Porte Jacquemus once again transforms fashion into an emotion, celebrating lightness, colour, craftsmanship, and the quiet beauty of everyday moments. As the designer explains, “I imagined this collection like the summer itself. The sun, the colours, the beauty of simple things, the feeling of lightness. For me, this is happiness… le bonheur.”
