Her Highness Sheikha Bodour bint Sultan Al Qasimi’s new luxury house staged its first capsule experience at a 1925 heritage property in the Heart of Sharjah. What unfolded was part fashion presentation, part cultural reckoning.
On 18 and 19 April 2026, a century-old courtyard house in Sharjah became the site of something difficult to categorise. Inanna Reborn, billed as the world’s first Mythic Luxury house, took over Bait Elowal for a two-evening capsule experience that moved between jewellery, fragrance, fashion, live music and candlelit artisan demonstration. The founder, Her Highness Sheikha Bodour bint Sultan Al Qasimi, was present throughout.

The premise of the brand is research-led: years spent tracing the queens of Arabia and Sumeria who, as Her Highness put it, “co-wrote our regional narrative, but whom history sought to erase.” That inquiry has produced a full luxury offering: fashion in Ikat, Shibori and Kantha techniques; jewellery under the Abi’el name, referencing nomadic carried wealth; fragrance composed around incense-rich Arabian Sovereign notes; and what the brand calls ritual objects.
The choice of Bait Elowal, a restored 1925 house in the Heart of Sharjah supported by Mohamed Hilal Group, was deliberate. Guests moved through candlelit corridors and a courtyard strung with starlight projections, the Inanna Reborn musical identity audible throughout. The first evening opened in the Chamber of Inanna, a space designed around ancient Arabian and Sumerian queenship, followed by personal styling appointments and a guided scent bar encounter. Day two introduced celebrity stylist Cedric Haddad, who led expert sessions engaging guests directly with the collection.

A live performance by Iraqi santur player Azhar Kubba ran alongside a demonstration of coin engraving by candlelight, a craft that mirrors the Abi’el jewellery line’s preoccupation with portable, sovereign adornment. The complete collection was displayed throughout the upper balconies and dining areas of the house, positioned as armour, talisman and invocation rather than accessory.
“Every piece in this collection carries a story and a soul,” Her Highness said. “To wear Inanna is to step into an ancestral presence that women make their own.”
The Inanna Reborn collection, spanning fashion, jewellery, fragrance and ritual objects, is now available at Bait Elowal and at inannareborn.com.
