Are you Ramadan ready? The Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi (DCT Abu Dhabi) has unveiled its Layali Ramadan campaign, a wondrous coming together of exclusive hotels, and retail and culinary offers throughout the holy month to delight UAE residents and visitors.

“The Layali Ramadan campaign is yet another invitation from DCT Abu Dhabi to the wider UAE community to indulge with unforgettable experiences available in the Emirate during the holy month,” said His Excellency Ali Hassan Al Shaiba, Executive Director of Tourism and Marketing at DCT Abu Dhabi.

On offer are more than 70 hotels and a vast array of shopping and dining avenues with tailored packages, including Suhoor and Iftar experiences for guests who are fasting, and half-board packages with breakfast, lunch and dinner options for those who aren’t. For the perfect Ramadan getaway, you can relish promotions that involve spa credits and vouchers with a minimum of a two-night stay at one of the participating hotels.

Expect to shop limited-edition pieces and get discounts from coveted international brands, such as Max Mara, Tory Burch, Sisley, Dolce & Gabbana Beauty, and Guerlain. Adorn Hanayen Couture’s kaftans and a Max Mara look, paired with Coach Tabby bags, only available in Abu Dhabi. On the beauty front, enjoy gemstone application on Dolce & Gabbana’s Velvet collection, and the exclusive launch of Somow Al Rasasi Ma’ali fragrance by Rasasi, among other things.

In collaboration with Zomato, participating restaurants across the city will create sumptuous savory desserts that will be exclusive to Ramadan. You’re also in for the ‘Sweetest Thing’, a dine-in campaign, which offers promotions on various desserts across more than 70 restaurants in Abu Dhabi and Alain.

If you want a year-long supply of ice cream from Brooklyn Creamery for your children, then take part in the social media hashtag challenge associated with the special Ramadan desserts being offered at the restaurants.

Referencing the campaign’s successful launch and how it’s a reflection of the tourism industry’s collaborative endeavors, HE Ali said, “It demonstrates DCT Abu Dhabi’s ongoing commitment to continuously enhance the performance sector by creating offers that will encourage residents and visitors to further engage in a diverse range of leisure activities, ultimately supporting the continued economic recovery of the tourism industry.”
