Treat On Us – New Community-driven initiative in Dubai

Dubai has welcomed a new community-driven initiative designed to bring people closer through the city’s vibrant dining scene.TreatOnUs.ae, launched in Dubai, introduces a simple yet meaningful concept: turning everyday dining moments into shared gestures of generosity across some of the city’s most loved cafés and restaurants.

Founder-Alexander Sysoev

The platform invites food and beverage venues across Dubai to take part in a citywide movement centred on kindness, connection, and shared experiences. Participating restaurants and cafés select one to three dishes or drinks, assign a price, and provide a payment link. Once live, individuals from Dubai or anywhere in the world will be able to contribute by paying for these offerings.

Each venue then retains full flexibility in how to use these contributions. Whether offering them to a random guest, directing them to someone in need, or applying them in another thoughtful way, the gesture remains entirely at the discretion of the venue—ensuring authenticity and relevance to each setting.

At its core, TreatOnUs.ae is designed to strengthen community ties by working through familiar, trusted spaces. The initiative is built on the idea that small acts of generosity, when channelled through everyday dining experiences, can foster a deeper sense of connection and create moments of genuine human warmth within the city.
Currently in its initial phase, the platform is inviting applications from restaurants and cafés interested in joining. The public-facing website will go live once the first partner venues are onboarded, marking the beginning of a broader rollout across Dubai’s hospitality landscape.

To celebrate the launch, founder Alexander Sysoev has committed to personally supporting 20 venues, helping to initiate the first wave of meaningful gestures for residents and visitors alike, while adding early momentum to the initiative.

“I truly believe that through gestures like these we can bring Dubai’s community even closer, create positive emotions for the people of the city, and help the hospitality industry move through this period with dignity, warmth, and a stronger sense of unity,” said Sysoev.

By blending hospitality with community spirit and everyday generosity, TreatOnUs.ae aims to position itself as more than just a platform—it seeks to become a citywide movement that highlights how Dubai’s dining venues can go beyond serving food and drinks to play a role in bringing people together in meaningful ways.

Restaurants and cafés across Dubai interested in participating can now apply via TreatOnUs.ae
