Friends and family of the Saudi British Society are about to experience Saudi’s first opera soprano Sawsan Albahiti’s virtual concert today. Albahiti will be performing at Saudi British Society’s opera event called ‘An Evening With Miss Sawsan Albahiti’, which is set to take place via Zoom at 7:00pm, UAE time.

Sawsan currently resides in Munich, Germany, and will be performing classical melodies from the soprano in the digital concert. She’s known for her multilingual performances in Arabic, English, French Russian, Italian and German.

She performed her operatic debut recently, earning a standing ovation from a 3,000-member audience at the world-renowned Italian Teatro alla Scalla Academy Orchestra, led by Chief Conductor Pietro Mianiti in Riyadh.

The concert is scheduled to take place today will be followed by a Q&A session for members.
