The next two sessions will be held on Wednesday, 19 August, and Wednesday, 26 August at 7:30am, led by instructors Dina Cassir and Neha Duseja, respectively. Prior booking is necessary as the maximum capacity is 30 participants, given the COVID-19 prevention guidelines. Attendees must also carry their own yoga mats and towels due to safety measures introduced to curb the spread of the virus. Places can be reserved via the Core Direction app at  Dhs199 per person.
