Dubai Frame Is Now Hosting Yoga Classes With A View. Here’s How You Can Sign Up

A limited-edition series of yoga classes has been launched at Dubai Frame this month. Yoga enthusiasts can now take part in a number of workouts, organized  by Core Direction, as part of the Dubai Summer Surprises festival, at the Zabeel Park attraction.

The first session held on Wednesday, 12 August was led by instructor Nitai Krishna with 30 class-goers performing asana forms on mats spread across the Frame’s glass-bottomed walkway in an hour-long class.

The next two sessions will be held on Wednesday, 19 August, and Wednesday, 26 August at 7:30am, led by instructors Dina Cassir and Neha Duseja, respectively. Prior booking is necessary as the maximum capacity is 30 participants, given the COVID-19 prevention guidelines. Attendees must also carry their own yoga mats and towels due to safety measures introduced to curb the spread of the virus. Places can be reserved via the Core Direction app at  Dhs199 per person.
