Yousef Al Jasmi, the Kuwaiti designer has been praised for the exquisite red sequinned dress worn by international celebrity superstar Celine Dion to kick start her world tour ‘Courage’ in Quebec, Canada.

The star looked radiant in the dazzling off-the-shoulder red dress.

Dion wasn’t the only celebrity this week to be donning one of the designer’s luxury dresses though, singer Nicole Scherzinger and social media influencer Dr Kholodii were also captured in the floor length gowns this week.

The designer launched his label in 2007 and has since become one of the region’s most prestigious formal wear designers and has amassed over 1.6 million instagram followers.
