At a glimmering private event by Mouawad held in Dubai Mall this week, guests set sights on one of the most spectacular diamonds in the world, which is a part of the high jewelry brand’s latest Dragon Suite Collection.

The line features a necklace, bracelet, earrings and ring, all bedecked with five fancy vivid and deep yellow diamonds worth 153 carats, and 432 colorless diamonds amounting to 272 carats. But the piece de resistance is the Mouawad Dragon necklace, the largest round brilliant vivid yellow diamond in the world at 54.21 carats, a lesson in artisanal craftsmanship.

“Inspired by the magnificent Mouawad Dragon diamond, Mouawad expert designers and highly skilled artisans united their exceptional talent to create an ensemble that could complement this extraordinary gem while creating a legendary work of art,” Fred Mouawad, Co-Guardian of the Diamond Division, said in a statement. “It’s a privilege to now share the experience of seeing this in person with others.”
