Relish Dubai’s Only Warayaki-Style Iftar At Netsu This Ramadan

For Dubai’s only warayaki-style dining experience this Ramadan, head to the acclaimed Japanese steakhouse Netsu at the Mandarin Oriental Jumeirah that boasts a curated iftar experience. With impeccable service and an elaborate spread of the restaurant’s finest delights, it’s one experience not to miss this month.

Helmed by Chef Ross Shonhan, the three-course sharing menu takes diners on a journey through Netsu’s most sought-after, mouthwatering dishes, including Korean Fried Chicken, Signature Maki Rolls, Chef’s Cuts of Wagyu Beef, Truffle and Mushroom Rice, and Ginger and Date Pudding, served alongside refreshing Ramadan juices.

Chef Ross shows a certain reverence to the food’s making that’s evident in both its presentation and precision. He has a gentle way with ingredients that allows flavours to emerge decorously. The staff is attentive and happy to accommodate any special mocktail requests that aren’t on the menu.

In terms of the ambiance, you can take your pick between dining on the restaurant’s lower and upper levels, or on the expansive outdoor terrace, celebrating the final week of the Holy Month with family and friends.

Netsu is also serving up its complete à la carte menu to guests for an extra indulgent experience. Family-friendly, it takes place daily from 6:30-8:00pm throughout Ramadan, priced at Dhs265 per adult, and Dhs150 for children under the age of 12. Children under the age of 4 are welcomed free of charge.
