Nancy Ajram Stars in Tiffany & Co.’s short film for the Bird on a Rock Collection

Celebrating the spirit of unity this Ramadan, jewellery brand Tiffany & Co. has unveiled a short film featuring renowned Lebanese singer Nancy Ajram. The artist is adorned in the exquisite Bird on a Rock jewellery collection.

Titled “With Love, We Fly,” the film explores the essence of freedom found in love, emphasising the beauty of giving without expectation. Symbolising this profound freedom is the Bird on a Rock, a creature that remains grounded while acknowledging that it is destined to fly.

Originally crafted by Jean Schlumberger in 1965, the Bird on a Rock symbolises loving connection. Evolving over time, this iconic design has incorporated vibrant gemstones and the renowned Tiffany Diamond since 1995, cementing its status as a 21st-century classic.

Within the film, Nancy intertwines with lush calligraphic strokes in Tiffany Blue, rendered by multidisciplinary artist Carla Salem. These visual elements accentuate the themes of liberty and wholeness inherent in artistic expression.

Nancy gracefully dons a platinum and 18k gold Bird on a Rock pendant adorned with a 20.2-carat cushion-cut diamond, complemented by a matching ring featuring a fancy intense yellow diamond and white diamonds, each over four carats.

The film showcases other notable creations by Jean Schlumberger for Tiffany, including the Flame earrings in platinum and yellow gold with diamonds, the Stitches bracelet in platinum and yellow gold with diamonds, and the iconic Sixteen Stone ring in platinum and yellow gold with diamonds.

Portraits feature Nancy in Tiffany’s enamel bangles and a limited-edition Tiffany HardWear watch in sterling silver with a green dial to commemorate the festive season.

Reflecting on the emotional significance of the Bird on a Rock, Nancy shares, “It’s more than jewellery to me — it’s a connection to love. Perched gracefully on its rock, the bird symbolises both freedom and stability. My family, my rock, empowers me to pursue my passions wholeheartedly.”
