Deema Mohamed AlQaisieh

Deema is the founder of Bassma Perfumes, a homegrown label that celebrates the scents of the UAE. After graduating from university during the COVID-19 pandemic, she took the leap to launch her own label, alongside her business partner Salem Al Naqbi. The brand’s eponymous flagship boutique is located at The Dubai Mall.

Suad al Fardan

Suad is a fashion designer and the founder of Rvltnry, a local streetwear label that offers wardrobe staples that are perfect for layering. She’s currently pursuing a degree in fashion design at the Dubai Institute of Design and Innovation. 

Coming from a family of smart tastemakers, with her mother also a fashion designer, Suad’s drive to start her own label dates back to when she was a child. Rvltnry is now a well-established brand that appeals to the local audience, especially Generation Z.
