UAE-based jewelry brand Samra Dubai has rolled out a glimmering collection, in collaboration with coveted Emirati artist Ashwaq Abdalla, to mark the UAE’s 50th National Day. Ashwaq has created three artworks that are inspired by the country’s history, culture and founding father, the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan.

The handcrafted 18K yellow gold pinky rings feature artworks of Sheikh Zayed, the falcon, which is the UAE’s national bird, and Naashat, the traditional women’s dance. The three artworks reflect Ashwaq’s distinct aesthetic vocabulary and offer a lesson in miniature art. Paired with Samra Dubai’s craftsmanship, the pieces are the perfect way to celebrate the spirit of the union this National Day and on the ones to come.
