Baby Dior is making a delightful return to the world of perfumery with the launch of ‘Bonne Etoile.’ The renowned brand, synonymous with luxury infant clothing, initially introduced fragrances and skincare items in 1967. Now, just in time for the festive season, Baby Dior is reinvigorating its olfactory journey with ‘Bonne Etoile,’ a scented water complemented by a collection of skincare essentials for children.
Cordélia de Castellane, the artistic director of Baby Dior collections since 2012, envisioned a fresh olfactory narrative for the brand. Collaborating with creative director Francis Kurkdjian, the result is ‘Bonne Etoile,’ featuring notes of pear, wild rose, and musk. The fragrance, crafted without alcohol, boasts a composition rich in 98% naturally derived ingredients.
Extending the aromatic tale, Baby Dior introduces a skincare line with three additional products, formulated with 95% to 99% naturally sourced ingredients. The range includes “La Mousse Très Fondante”, “Le Lait Très Tendre”, and “L’Eau Très Fraîche”.
The pastel-colored collection showcases a specially designed toile de Jouy by Cordelia de Castellane, depicting an imaginary and whimsical garden of Granville adorned with a delicate menagerie and colorful hot air balloons.
