Bahraini designers Shaikha Noor Al Khalifa and Shaikha Haya Al Khalifa revealed the Noon by Noor Fall 2022 collection as part of their second stint at London Fashion Week this year. The capsule features contrasting textures, ranging from metal woven denims to glossy silk taffetas.

The collection made its debut at London’s Royal Institute of British Architects, boasting ready-to-wear jackets, coats, dresses, shirts and trousers with a nod to androgynous fashion.

Think of fabrics traditionally used for men’s clothing crafted into dresses, and delicate dress fabrics made to create shirts. “It feels right when we consider the way we have all adapted our wardrobes to working from home over the past two years,” Shaikha Haya said in a release.

The Noon by Noor Fall 2022 collection is enhanced with handsewn floral embellishments across the hem and cuffs. It also comprises hand-drawn print fabrics that take form as separates in relaxed silhouettes.

The couture pieces are presented in a distinctive palette that inspire ways to dress for every mood and occasion. Think of bold colours like indigo, khaki and black, paired with soft hues like caramel, rose and lavender.

Noon By Noor is a Bahrain-based womenswear designer brand, founded in 2008 by Shaikha Noor Al Khalifa and Shaikha Haya Al Khalifa, business partners and cousins. In 2013, Noon By Noor became the first GCC-based fashion brand to be invited to NYFW where it has continued to showcase its collections, in addition to its participation at LFW.
