This New Bakery In Saudi Arabia Is Winning Hearts And For Good Reason

All this and more is on offer at a new bakery and restaurant called White Mountain in Alkhobar, Saudi Arabia, which has been charming guests with its delectable mix of Italian, French and Swiss food.

It’s the brainchild of Ahmad Essam, a 28-year-old self-taught baker and chef, who is the interior and graphic designer, marketer, CEO and the chef at White Mountain, according to Arab News. The space has quickly gained ground and its wide range of savory items, such as pizzas and pastas, and baked goods, including croissants, macarons, eclairs and tarts are works of art.
