Real estate development group Omniyat, is the first to collaborate with hospitality brand, Dorchester Collection, to launch new projects in the Middle East.

After its launch in 2005, Omniyat quickly gained recognition across the Gulf region and internationally, allowing it to cooperate with renowned design studios such as Zaha Hadid and Foster and Partners.

The service group is a visionary leader in the hospitality industry, creating unique residential, commercial and retail spaces.

This partnership aims to celebrate the city’s energetic personality and galmourous lifestyle.

The collaboration introduces two projects across the city: One at Palm Jumeirah, Dorchester Collection and The Residences, Dorchester Collection.

One at Palm Jumeirah, Dorchester Collection, Dubai is the ultimate beachfront destination. London’s interior design studio, Elicyon, and Japanese design firm, Super Potato, brought the project’s interior to life with elegant pieces of furniture, minimalist details and rich wood tones.

Located near Burj Khalifa and overlooking the Dubai Canal, The Residences, Dorchester Collection Dubai is expected to feature a variety of restaurants, shops, cafes, boutiques and more. The project was designed by British studio, Foster and Partners, and is part of the very first Dorchester Collection hotel in the region.

The Residences’ interior was designed by French duo, Gilles and Boissier, offering guests access to a sophisticated sanctuary with breath-taking views of Dubai’s skyline.

Through this partnership, Omniyat and Dorchester Collection cater to those who seek a luxury lifestyle experience in glamorous landmarks.
