Vacheron Constantin is again redefining haute horlogerie’s boundaries, this time with the one-of-a-kind Les Cabinotiers Temporis Duo Grand Complication Openface. Uniting three of watchmaking’s most complex complications in one timepiece, it has a split-seconds chronograph, a minute repeater, and a tourbillon regulator with a spherical hairspring.
Encased in 45mm of 5N pink gold, the watch is powered by the technical Calibre 2757 S, which comprises 696 components. This movement is the result of decades of innovation from the Maison and showcases its mastery.
A transparent sapphire dial, which is only 0.5mm thick, exposes the intricate details of the movement. The chronograph hands in PVD-coated aluminium complement the olive green alligator strap, giving it a chic look.
Beyond its aesthetics, the watch is functionally brilliant. The minute repeater is equipped with a silent centripetal governor for clear acoustics, while the tourbillon features a spherical hairspring for enhanced isochronism.
Made by one master watchmaker from start to end, the timepiece is the result of Vacheron Constantin’s commitment to preserving traditional métiers d’art.
