If you’ve had enough of your desk job, and want to pursue your passion for fashion, then Grazia Academy is just what you need.

The collaboration between Grazia Middle East and the College of Fashion Design in Dubai’s Business Bay; the Grazia Academy is offering full day sessions to help aspiring designers, stylists and fashionistas turn dreams into reality. There are several different courses for different interests, all taught by professionals curated by the College of Fashion Design.

On August 24, a class with Dr Deval Kartik will show you how to turn your brand into a business, from pitching to potential stores and buyers, to selling on Instagram and setting up e-commerce sites.

August 31 will be a class with Roua Almawally, titled ‘Trend Forecasting’ – on how to become a trend forecaster, the opportunities available, how to analyse data and intelligence to forecast, as well as where to find your inspiration.

On September 28, Manuela Pirola will be teaching fashion styling and art direction, educating on the opportunities for stylists in fashion media, how to build relationships with brands, and how to pitch a fashion shoot.
