Mark Your Calendar, Abu Dhabi Art 2023 Will Be Returning For Another Edition This November

Prepare to immerse yourself in the vibrant world of art as Abu Dhabi Art announces its highly anticipated 15th edition, set to take place from 22 to 26 November 2023. Under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council, this influential platform gathers galleries from around the globe to the breathtaking Manarat Al Saadiyat and promises an experience like no other.

In preparation for this momentous occasion, both new and returning galleries have submitted proposals, offering an exciting array of contemporary artworks. From the Modern & Contemporary sector, which invites galleries with at least seven years of experience, to the Special Projects sector, where galleries with three years of operation can present solo or two-artist exhibits, the fair ensures a dynamic mix of established and emerging talent.

At the event, guests can engage with a diverse range of contemporary artists from around the world and their works, with themes exploring the environment in the context of the UAE hosting COP28 this year. The fair also serves as a platform for in-depth research on modern WANASA (West Asian, North African, and South Asian) artists, shedding light on the region’s rich cultural heritage. The event’s visual campaign, guided by Emirati artist Mohamed Ahmed Ibrahim, captures the essence of the fair’s prominence and distinction.

More details, including the participating galleries and artists list, will be available closer to the date.
