Not at first. But in my early 20s, fitness gave me confidence and clarity. It quickly became my go-to reset. It was less about the physical transformation and more about the mental discipline and peace it brought into my life.
I studied Communication and Media Sciences, with a focus on journalism. Storytelling has always fascinated me, and I love using that background now to build a brand with a voice and
a purpose.
It started with a need for modest activewear for girls, but the vision quickly expanded. I wanted to create a brand that not only looked good but also felt good on the body and did good for the planet.
I couldn’t find activewear that reflected my values. So much of what I saw was either overly trendy with no quality, or high quality but not ethically made. I wanted something that delivered on all fronts – comfort, durability, and sustainability.
We combine elegant, high-performance design with sustainable Italian fabrics made from regenerated ocean waste. So, it’s premium activewear that moves with you and stands for something.
Fabric is the first thing that touches your skin. It needs to breathe, support, and stretch with you, but it should also represent your values. For us, that means investing in materials that are not only high-performing but also better for the planet.
A solid workout, a quiet coffee, and a screen-free morning. It’s about slowing down and listening to what I need before the day speeds up.
Stay consistent and trust your vision. Block out the noise and keep coming back to why you started. Build something that is deeply personal and reflects who you are – that’s what makes it meaningful.
We’re expanding through thoughtful collaborations and building experiences that bring women together. Our focus is on creating movement-led moments that are grounded in community and champion female empowerment.
