A new wave of luxury hotels is set to arrive in 2027, spanning fashion capitals, Alpine retreats, cultural destinations and far-flung island escapes. From Milan and Seoul to Bali, Saudi Arabia and the Maldives, these are seven of the most anticipated new addresses to know for the year ahead.

Six Senses Milan

Six Senses will make its Milan debut in the Brera district, bringing its signature focus on wellness and considered design to one of the city’s most characterful neighbourhoods. The intimate hotel will feature 68 rooms and suites, alongside a spa, seasonal dining, an internal courtyard and a rooftop space with a pool overlooking the city.

Rosewood Seoul

Rosewood Seoul will form part of The Parkside Seoul development beside Yongsan Park, introducing a new luxury address to the South Korean capital. Around 250 rooms and suites will be joined by several restaurants and bars, extensive wellness facilities and spaces designed for longer stays, with interiors that balance contemporary design with a strong sense of place.

Mandarin Oriental, Bali

Mandarin Oriental is heading to Bali’s Bukit Peninsula with a cliff-top resort overlooking the Indian Ocean. Designed as a secluded coastal escape, the property will combine dramatic sea views with access to a private stretch of beach. Guests can expect spacious accommodation, infinity pools, destination dining and a strong wellness offering woven into the surrounding landscape.

The Park Gstaad, A Four Seasons Hotel

One of Gstaad’s historic hotels will reopen under the Four Seasons flag following an extensive transformation. Originally dating back to 1910, The Park Gstaad will return with 75 rooms and suites, several restaurants and lounges, indoor and outdoor pools and a significant wellness offering, all within easy reach of the Swiss resort town’s famous promenade.

Bvlgari Resort Ranfushi, Maldives

Bvlgari will bring its distinctive Italian aesthetic to the Maldives with a new resort in Raa Atoll. Set across a 20-hectare island, the property will feature 54 villas, including an ultra-private Bvlgari Villa on its own island. Signature restaurants, a Bvlgari Spa and expansive ocean views will complete the experience.

Le Mas Bellevue Saint-Tropez

Oetker Collection will unveil a reimagined Le Mas Bellevue in Saint-Tropez for summer 2027. Positioned between the town and the beaches of Pampelonne, the hotel will feature 78 rooms and suites spread across a series of interconnected houses. Landscaped gardens, a large infinity pool and dedicated wellness spaces will create a relaxed Mediterranean retreat.
