Tulåh Clinic Wellness, a pioneering clinical healing sanctuary, is now open in the lush hills of northern Kerala, following its grand launch this May.
Signalling an important shift in India’s place within the global wellness landscape, tulåh brings together ancient Eastern wisdom, spanning Ayurveda, Yoga, Vedanta, Tibetan and Traditional Chinese Medicine, with advanced diagnostics and regenerative therapies. The result is a first-of-its-kind destination for integrative, deeply personalised healing, where transformation is approached as both a science and an art.

The sanctuary is the realisation of founder Faizal Kottikollon’s long-held vision, one shaped by a career dedicated to building systems that uplift both individuals and communities. With tulåh, that vision turns inward, creating a space that bridges the scientific and the spiritual, guided by the principles of Vedanta, where clarity, emotional resilience and inner connection are fundamental. The name itself, derived from Sanskrit, reflects this ethos, translating simply to balance.
“From India to the World”
On 1st May, tulåh Clinic Wellness officially opened its doors under the theme “From India to the World,” marking a landmark gathering of global tastemakers, cultural leaders, and innovators. The opening signals a new chapter in integrative wellbeing, rooted in India yet designed with a global vision.
Set across 30 acres of rewilded forests and medicinal gardens in Kerala, tulåh operates as both sanctuary and system. With 65 suites and 14 treatment areas, the architecture guides guests into a slower, more intentional rhythm, where natural materials and sustainable design support restoration and balance.

At its heart lies The Sonorium, the world’s largest sound healing dome, surrounded by regenerative landscapes that supply herbs and produce for healing and nourishment. Every journey is personalised through The tulåh Life Index™, combining advanced diagnostics with holistic systems to create deeply tailored wellness pathways.
Blending modern medicine, Ayurveda, functional science, and sensory therapies, tulåh redefines integrative care through a seamless dialogue between clinical precision and traditional wisdom.
