Every Table in the City: Dubai Restaurant Week Returns in May

Dubai Restaurant Week is back, and this year’s edition is the most expansive yet. Running from 1 to 17 May 2026, the annual dining event brings together more than 125 restaurants across the city, from fine dining institutions and premium casual concepts to celebrated homegrown names, united by an offer that makes Dubai’s best tables genuinely accessible.

The format is straightforward: a two-course lunch for AED 125 and a three-course dinner for AED 250 per person. Within that framework, however, the line-up is anything but modest. Over 30 MICHELIN Guide-listed restaurants are participating, including one Michelin-starred venue, alongside names recognised by Gault&Millau and MENA’s 50 Best Restaurants.

The chef roster spans Nobu Matsuhisa, Gordon Ramsay, Izu Ani, Alvin Leung, Akira Back, Kelvin Cheung, and Hadrien Villedieu, with homegrown standouts such as Girl & The Goose, Restaurante Centroamericano by Gabriela Chamorro and Gerbou, a fine dining concept rooted in Emirati hospitality, rounding out the breadth of the programme.

New this year, all bookings are fully integrated with Careem DineOut, streamlining the journey from discovery to reservation. “The booking journey is now more seamless than ever, connecting diners directly with the experiences they are looking for,” said Ahmad Al Khaja, CEO of Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment, who noted that the event has grown from 30 restaurants at launch to the sprawling, city-wide celebration it is today.

With over 25 cuisines on offer including Japanese, Italian, Latin American, Middle Eastern, Indian, and beyond, Dubai Restaurant Week is less a promotion than a portrait of where the city’s dining scene stands right now.
