Thoughtfully curated for UAE residents, the Wellness Escape centres on a slower, more intentional approach to wellbeing, where sustainable luxury and nature exist in quiet balance. The programme invites guests to step away from the pace of daily life and reconnect with a more grounded rhythm.
At its core is a daily wellness schedule, offering a series of complimentary practices that bring focus back to breath, body and awareness. Sessions include sound healing, breathwork and beginner friendly yoga, each designed to support gentle restoration and mental clarity.
The recently reimagined Six Senses Spa anchors the experience, blending ancient healing traditions with modern therapies. Guests can take part in immersive rituals such as the Alchemy Bar, where ingredients from the organic garden are crafted into personalised treatments, or spend time in the spa’s quieter spaces designed for rest and recovery.
Elsewhere, a barefoot walk along the Discovery Mirrors and Heart Trail encourages moments of reflection, while access to sauna and steam facilities allows for continued relaxation throughout the day.
