Mandarin Oriental has launched the latest chapter of its iconic 25-year-old Fan Campaign, bringing together two world-renowned artists, Grammy Award-winning pianist Yuja Wang and globally acclaimed DJ and producer Charlotte de Witte. Amidst a constantly evolving media landscape, the campaign has remained a prevailing expression of the brand, demonstrating that authentic storytelling, legendary service and meaningful human connections continue to resonate.
Filmed at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, and Mandarin Oriental, Bodrum, the campaign offers an intimate glimpse into the rituals that support world-class performance. Away from the spotlight, every detail matters. Whether preparing for a demanding international concert tour or recovering after an electrifying six-hour DJ set, Yuja Wang and Charlotte de Witte rely on personalised routines that allow them to perform at their very best. Their stories reflect a belief shared by Mandarin Oriental: exceptional experiences are crafted through an instinctive understanding of individual needs and meticulous attention to detail.
“For more than 25 years, our Fan Campaign has celebrated individuals who represent the very highest standards in their profession,” said Laurent Kleitman, Group Chief Executive of Mandarin Oriental. He further emphasised that true luxury is built on personal connection and tailored care.
Inspired by these authentic routines, Mandarin Oriental has translated its rituals into two exclusive, guest-facing experiences. The In-Room Dining: At Full Volume, developed with Charlotte de Witte, is designed for guests whose schedules extend long after the day has ended. This experience reimagines late-night dining with a carefully curated restorative menu, available at select flagship properties, including Dubai, Paris, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Amsterdam, Milan, and New York.
The Intelligent Movement: At Full Volume, developed with Yuja Wang, reflects the physical precision and endurance required of one of the world’s most accomplished concert pianists. Available at every Mandarin Oriental hotel worldwide, it targets the hands, wrists, shoulders, and spine, paired with advanced facial therapies to improve mobility and recovery.
Mandarin Oriental continues to honour exceptional individuals whose pursuit of mastery reflects the brand’s own commitment to craftsmanship, legendary service and personalised care. The latest chapter of the Fan Campaign launches globally across digital channels, social media and Mandarin Oriental properties from 4 August 2026.
