Vacheron Constantin Presents An Iconic Watch For Auction At The Louvre In Paris

Vacheron Constantin will auction its iconic Les Cabinotiers watch as part of Christie’s ‘Bid for the Louvre’ sale, organized by the Louvre museum and Christie’s, which is running until 15 December. The proceeds from the auction will be donated to the museum’s solidarity projects.

Louis Ferla, the CEO of Vacheron Constantin, expressed his delight at participating in this exceptional auction, highlighting the brand’s constant commitment to art and the transmission of savoir-faire. The described Les Cabinotiers as a one-of-a-kind model, which “symbolizes the identity of the Maison and its mission to promote the sharing of culture and emotions.”

The acquirer of this unique timepiece will have the opportunity to choose a work of art from the museum, which will later be reproduced on the dial using miniature painting technique. They’ll also have the chance to personalize it during a private visit to Manufacture Vacheron Constantin in Geneva.

They’ll also get the chance to meet the creative minds behind the piece and choose from the platinum, pink gold or white gold case, and a variety of straps. To find out more or to take part in the virtual auction, visit Christie’s official page.
