Hello, my beautiful readers.
I hope you all had a lovely week. I have to say that I truly enjoyed mine.
Over a span of 10 days, I celebrated my birthday, Valentine’s Day and my wedding anniversary with my husband. And what better way to celebrate these amazing occasions than packing your bag and traveling to a luxury destination, where everyone is tested a couple of times before entering the resort.
As many of my readers know, I love the Maldives and have been there quite a few times. I decided I was going to stay at one of my favorite places in the world, the Four Seasons Resort Maldives at Landaa Giraavaru.
The Four Seasons Landaa Giraavaru is by far the closest thing to heaven on earth. The beautiful resort is so picturesque that it feels like you’re in a fantastical world. The color of the sea, coral reef and the fish surrounding the island, made me feel like I’m part of a a fairytale. Every corner is lush green and filled with vibrant flowers. It made me feel like Alice in Wonderland.
The island has four restaurants, each one more special than the other. One of my favorites is the Moroccan restaurant, that had the most spectacular interior design and the most delicious food I’ve had in the Maldives so far. As we dined, we saw sharks and fish swimming around us. Another restaurant that I loved was Blue, with breathtaking views and a great lunch menu.
Throughout our trip, we stayed in a beach villa, which I personally prefer when you travel with family. What I love about the beach houses is that they’re incredibly private – there are both indoor and outdoor spaces, with a private pool, private beach, spacious living rooms, bedroom, and a tree house where you can sit and watch the sunset.
Landaa Giraavaru recently built stunning water villas, ranging from one to three bedrooms. And on my birthday, I got a major surprise. I was escorted to the Four Seasons private island: Voavah. The island was magical and can be rented for a party of 22 people.
Voavah is perfect for birthday parties, weddings and even a quiet vacation with just your family and the staff to facilitate. There are two beach villas and one overwater villa, all with private pools and a private beach. There’s a gym, a spa, a playroom a library and many other facilities. Anything you desire will be organized for you.
What I always love about the Four Seasons Landaa Giraavaru is its exceptional service and guest relations. They truly make you feel like you’re part of their family and that the resort’s your home.
Their spa is fabulous, and their signature treatments are to die for. For a zen and relaxed atmosphere, the resort’s yoga sessions by the beach are amazing and you can tell that the instructors are experts in their fields.
This was one of my best holidays as everything was perfect, especially with my seven-month-old daughter. Even their baby menu with the yummy baby purées was fabulous. My baby girl loved every second of this trip. If you’re looking for an ultra-luxurious holiday, I highly recommend the Four Seasons Landaa Giraavaru and the Voavah private island.

Wishing you all a lovely week ahead filled with love and blessings.
