Celine has rolled out its latest day fragrance as a tribute to the literary icon Arthur Rimbaud. Named after the polymath, Rimbaud is the new addition to the brand’s iconic day collection of fragrances, which epitomises traditional savoir-faire of French haute parfumerie.
Created by Hedi Slimane, Rimbaud features a riveting mix of lavender, vanilla and musk notes and evokes nostalgia, especially as it references the poet who the creative director had discovered when he was a teenager. Imbued with symbolism, the fragrance nods to the fragility of childhood and adulthood.
