Hello my beautiful readers. I hope you’re having an amazing summer.
Before Ramadan, I had to relocate to London and stay here for five months. The reason is that my 20-month-old daughter required two hand surgeries after a burning accident she was in last year. As a mother, this past year has been the darkest of my life. My heart is broken and my mind is shattered. I’ve taught myself to be strong and have a positive mindset as that’s the key to living a less stressful life.
When you travel to another country as a family, you always worry about where to stay and what will be the most comfortable place for your children. I can start by saying that I found my home away from home. Grosvenor Suites is a hidden gem that’s located in the sumptuous neighbourhood of Mayfair in London.
Many of you may be familiar with the Grosvenor Hotels, but the Grosvenor Suites are ultra luxurious residences with all the 5-star amenities of a hotel to make you feel at home. This is a place where many celebrities and royal family members stay due to its privacy and the exceptional service.
The welcome that we received was beyond anything I’ve ever experienced. We were greeted by the most friendly concierge and receptionist. We immediately felt like we were surrounded by friends and family who wanted us to have a pleasant time.
We had booked a three-bedroom residence overlooking London’s most iconic attractions. All the rooms were surrounded by tall windows, letting in plenty of natural light throughout the day. We wanted enough space for the kids to be able to enjoy their time indoors while we have enough space to relax.
We also experienced the penthouse suite, which spanned across the entire top floor. This would be ideal for large families who require at least five-to-six bedrooms, a formal entertaining room with a piano, a proper dinning room, and separate TV room. Not to mention, the balcony that offers 360-degree views from Hyde Park to the London Eye.
Room service was beyond our expectations, starting with the most amazing breakfast. Afternoon snacks were provided to keep the kids satisfied until dinner time, which we enjoyed on numerous evenings considering we were surrounded by some of the best restaurants in London.
To brighten our day even further, the guest services team put out balloons, toys, and other surprises every day so our kids were always excited to return to the room. We also received cakes, fruits, and dates with our tea and coffee every day.
I’ve stayed at a considerable number of luxurious hotels around the world, but I’ve never experienced such top-notch concierge service that would provide me with anything and everything I needed without any hesitation, including reservations at London’s top restaurants.
For the health-conscious guests, they offer an in-house gym, full access to a private pool, and of course, three of the most beautiful parks in London that are just a stone’s throw.
I highly recommend Grosvenor suites to all my readers. If you’d like to have more information, please visit Grosvenorhousesuites.
Have a lovely week ahead filled with love and laughter.
