This summer, The Abu Dhabi EDITION has joined forces with culture-conscious concept ETHR for a limited-time Lobby Bar takeover. Inspired by a traditional Areesh (frond house) but redesigned through a modern, sustainable lens, the space is relaxing and cultural. On the menu, you’ll find ETHR’s signature brews, Spanish lattes, V60 pours, alongside Emirati-inspired desserts such as aseeda and Al Ain Date Cake. Open daily from 4pm to 11pm, all summer long.
