I had a lovely week as it was our Persian New Year, and we celebrated the beginning of Spring.
As many of you know, I love sharing everything I like and do with my friends and you, my readers. I don’t like it when you ask people where they bought something from, they reply with “Oh! I don’t remember.”
This week I am going to share with you my favourite beauty and fashion items that I use and love. Nothing here is paid content or advertising, they are items that I genuinely love and use.
Starting with facecare:
I started getting a dark pigmentation on my face and during my pregnancy the dark spot expanded to my whole face. I tried so many products and spent so much money on facials and creams, but nothing worked.
I started using Exuviance OptiLight cream and serum every day and I can tell you that it worked magically. I quickly saw difference after one week. I highly recommend the whole series.
If you’re interested in getting Botox, German doctor Mathiass Roux is the best, in my opinion. He works at Al Das Medical Clinic in Palm Jumeirah and I really like his work: he makes you look super natural.
For eyebrow shadowing and microblading, I believe that Maris is the best. Maris is a self-made woman who started her own company from scratch and built an empire giving clients the perfect eyebrows.
Moving on to haircare:
I cannot live without my Kérastase products, they are my favourites. I am using two of their collections: Blond Absolu and Genesis.
Genesis is an anti-hair loss shampoo that is amazing. My hair feels so thick and shiny when I use it. The Blond Absolu takes all the orange colour away from the sun-damaged hair. It’s like a silver shampoo.
I swear by this and my hair has never been better.
Next on the list is body lotion:
I am known to have a super soft skin and let me tell you my secret: I never use body lotion, instead I apply extra virgin olive oil on my body. I guarantee you the smoothest skin if you keep using it every night.
What about makeup?
In my opinion, the best mascara is Lancôme’s Grandiôse Extreme Wide Angle Extreme Volume Mascara black. Every time I use this mascara people think I have fake lashes. It gives you beautiful volume and thickness.
My favourite foundation is the Dolce & Gabbana Perfect Matte. I can’t live without this product; it fully covers your face and gives you a Hollywood glam skin. It’s definitely a must-have.
Final stop: FASHION!
My favourite bag at the moment is my Christian Dior tote bag. I have the blue one and the Burgundy Dior Oblique Embroidery. You pretty much fit everything in these bags, I have been using them every day for the past two years, I love them very much!
In terms of shoes, with my lower back problem, I can’t really wear high heels for a long time, which is why I have been living in my Dior sandals. They look perfect with the bag and help me complete any look.
Currently, my go-to fashion accessories are the Chanel Brooches. I believe that brooches make your outfits look super chic.
When it comes to watches, my Rolex Daytona 40 with diamonds, sits on my wrist no matter what I’m wearing. It is my absolute favourite and I instantly feel classy when I put it on.
