Her Highness Sheikha Moza bint Nasser stepped out in Doha yesterday to celebrate the winners of the Akhlaqna Awards, an initiative she launched in 2017 to champion the vital link between knowledge, education, and strong moral values.
Her Highness Sheikha Moza, Chairperson of Qatar Foundation, was welcomed upon arrival by her daughter, H.E. Sheikha Hind bint Hamad Al Thani, Vice-Chairperson of Qatar Foundation.
Marking her return to royal duties after a two-month absence, Sheikha Moza attended the Akhlaqna Awards 2026, celebrating 14 outstanding initiatives and individuals whose exemplary character embodies the highest moral values and inspires positive change across Qatar and the GCC.
The awards continue to promote ethics as a foundation for success in all areas of life and highlight the universal and inclusive moral values of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH)—such as mercy, tolerance, honesty, and generosity—among younger generations, recognising those who demonstrate exemplary character through initiatives that serve their communities and beyond.
