Two years before the birth of her first grandchild, Queen Rania expressed her excitement about one day becoming a “fun” grandmother. During an appearance on Good Morning America in 2022, she shared, “I used to always say my favourite title is mama, but I think that’s going to quickly change to ‘Teta’ the Arabic word for grandmother.”
