With body positive activists and models like Ashley Graham causing storms in the West, the Middle Eastern region is not falling behind, with Saudi model, Ghaliah Amin leading the charge.

Having walked the catwalk in the famed Fashion Forward Dubai last month for the Middle Eastern brand, Reemami, Ghaliah is adorning not just runways and magazine covers but also panels with her recent talk at the Dhahran Expo .

The model who is also the region’s acclaimed TV presenter, forayed into the fashion industry with work for 11 Honoré, a plus- sized retail platform with plush designer offerings, and then with Marina Rinaldi, as well as Khloe Kardashian’s Good American brand.

Amin is in fact one of the two Middle Eastern women to bring the region together in an inclusive embrace with the other being Tunisian-born beauty Ameni Esseibi.
