Running in partnership with architect Andrea Morgante and design mavens WOOD-SKIN, the competition will offer the winner a cash prize worth $5,000 and the chance to do a full-scale prototype of the design. Commercial viability and creativity are among the criteria for you to bag the top honor. You’ll be judged on a three-pronged basis; aesthetics, rooftop hospitality and innovation.

WOOD-SKIN

Applicants can be of any nationality but must be residents of Bahrain, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Saudi Arabia and the UAE, and must be aged 21 or over. Entrants will need to present 3D visuals and a write-up of 500 words to describe their concept design. All entries must be made no later than 12pm GST on 27 October. The five shortlisted entries will be installed at Molecule, d3, Dubai from 4 November, and the winners will be announced on 12 November at an exclusive, invitation-only awards event at Molecule, d3.
