Michael Cinco, the master couturier known for his voluminous silhouettes and impeccable craftsmanship, will soon head to the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) in the United States, which will host an exhibition entirely dedicated to him.

The Filipino designer, known to be an A-lister favorite, with Rihanna, Beyoncé and Jennifer Lopez among his coveted clientele, will showcase his exquisite collections and work at SCAD’s Museum of Fashion + Film in Atlanta. This will mark his first solo museum show, which will feature pieces such as the iconic crystal-encrusted dress with a statement train that he created for Bollywood sensation Aishwarya Rai Bachchan.

The exhibition, which runs from 3 October 2019 until 5 January 2020, is yet another milestone in the designer’s life who has to his credit designing one of the most expensive wedding gowns for Swarovski heiress, Victoria Swarovski, for whom he created a a piece encrusted will full crystal, paillete and laser-cut flowers, and a fabulous six-meter train.
