Every October, Breast Cancer Awareness Month, also known as Pink October, invites us to pause and focus on women’s health, highlighting the importance of early detection while honouring those whose lives have been touched by the disease. Across the world, communities come together to raise awareness, share experiences and support women navigating its challenges.
The UAE is no exception, with a series of initiatives taking place across the Emirates to mark Breast Cancer Awareness Month and support the cause.
