On 3 November 2026, Copacabana Palace will unveil a landmark five-floor Wellness Club, rising above the hotel’s famed pool and marking a new chapter for wellness in Rio de Janeiro.

At the heart of the new space will be Dior Spa Copacabana Palace, the first Dior Spa in Latin America. With six treatment rooms and a dedicated Dior retail space, the spa will also introduce an exclusive collaboration with Brazilian dermatologist Dr. Maria Bussade, who has co-created signature treatments with Dior, available exclusively at Copacabana Palace.

Beyond Dior Spa, the new Wellness Club will bring together a state-of-the-art fitness centre, Pilates and movement studio, a dedicated recovery floor with thermal and contrast therapy experiences, and the Suco Bar. The opening will also introduce a Beauty Lounge, hair salon and barbershop, creating a comprehensive new destination for beauty, movement, recovery and wellbeing in the heart of Rio.

It’s an especially interesting story for luxury wellness, beauty, travel and Rio, as the city continues to establish itself as a global capital of body care and with the arrival of the first Dior Spa in Latin America, Copacabana Palace is placing itself firmly at the centre of that evolution.

The Wellness Club officially opens on 3 November 2026, alongside the grand reopening of the Pool Wing.
