For Spring 2027, Tory Burch took a polished approach to dressing and gave it more personality. Rich colour, textured knits, relaxed tailoring and unexpected styling choices gave classic pieces a more expressive feel. 

The strongest moments came through texture. Cardigans were covered in raised floral motifs, transforming an everyday knit into something far more decorative. Grey was paired with vivid yellow, red with turquoise blue and gree with busty mauve. On paper, the combinations might sound difficult, but together they gave the clothes a sense of confidence that felt considered rather than overly coordinated. Layered necklines, delicate heels and structured handbags added to the effect without competing for attention. 

There was a more restrained side too, clean black tailoring sat alongside a powder blue coat finished with a long textured scarf, while a softly gathered black dress offered a quieter interpretation of femininity. The silhouettes remained relaxed, with trousers falling loosely and outerwear given enough volume to move away from anything too formal. It was this balance that made the collection interesting. The clothes were elegant, but they never looked overly perfect. 

Yellow appeared throughout, moving between pale butter tones and deeper mustard shades. One of the most striking groups paired a bright yellow coat with soft blue trousers, while another look combined patterned shorts with a fitter grey top and pointed heels. Instead of treating colour as an occasional accent, Burch allowed it to shape entire looks. 

The dress offered another shirt in mood. Soft ruching brought movement to a pale yellow floor-length style, while a mustard midi dress kept a much cleaner silhouette. Both were paired with pointed low heels, one of the recurring footwear choices of the collection. Woven textures, sling backs and small bows gave the shoes character without turning them into obvious statement pieces. 

Then came the stripes. Wide black and mustard lines appeared across skirts, trousers and an oversized short, broken up with navy knitwear and sculptured gold belts. The effect was graphic, but the looseness of the shape kept it from feeling too much. Even here, where the pattern did most of the work, styling remained important. Jewellery, sunglasses and bags were used to create a full look rather than simply finish one. 

Accessories were particularly strong across spring 2027. Structured leather bags appeared beside softer shapes, some surrounded by feathered or fringed details that added movement. Jewellery was layered heavily around the neck, while belts brought flashes of gold to otherwise uncomplicated silhouettes. Nothing felt added as an afterthought. 

Perhaps the most interesting part of the collection was the way Burch approached traditional ideas of polished dressing. A cardigan, coat, midi skirt and tailored trouser could easily have felt conventional, but here each was interrupted by something: an unusual colour, an exaggerated texture, an unexpected proportion or a slightly offbeat accessory.
